Regis Athletics is a private personal-training and coaching practice. We work with a deliberately small roster of clients so that every program is built for one person. Nothing is pulled from a template, handed off, or rushed.

Train with intention

Our philosophy is simple to say and harder to live: train with intention, move with purpose. Progress is not about doing more for its own sake. It is about doing the right work, consistently, with attention to form, recovery, and the small details that compound over months and years. Every session has a reason behind it, and you should always understand what that reason is.

Bespoke, not boilerplate

Coaching here is personal. Your program is shaped around your goals, your history, your schedule, and how your body actually responds, then adjusted as you progress. Strength work, conditioning, and nutrition guidance are coordinated rather than treated as separate checklists. When something is not working, we change it.

Built around your data, in your control

The Regis Athletics app is the quiet engine behind the coaching: programs, progress tracking, nutrition, and direct messaging with your coach in one place. It connects, only with your permission, to Apple Health and Google Fit so your training reflects what is really happening day to day. We take that trust seriously. We do not sell your data, we collect only what you approve, and we use passwordless sign-in to keep your account secure. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
