These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Regis Athleticscoaching application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Regis Athletics provides private personal training and coaching, delivered through a digital application that includes program delivery, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and direct messaging with your coach. Coaching is provided on an individual basis and tailored to you.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Health Acknowledgement
Exercise carries inherent risks. The Service provides general fitness coaching and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new training or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition or injury. You participate in your training voluntarily and at your own risk, and you agree to stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.
Payments
Where the Service or a coaching plan requires payment, fees are described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the Service only for its intended, lawful purpose.
- Do not share your account or resell access to the Service.
- Follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including programs, content, branding, and software, is owned by Regis Athletics and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own training. Your own data and uploads remain yours.
Cancellation and Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or harm. On termination, the licenses granted to you end, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific fitness results, which depend on many factors within your control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regis Athletics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
